LOVELY NAILS & BEAUTY - TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking an appointment with Lovely Nails & Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

BOOKING DEPOSITS

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service before any future appointments can be made.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to have their treatment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.
Late arrivals may still be charged the full appointment price.

NAIL ART & ADD-ONS

nail art, chrome, rhinestone, length upgrades and other add-ons are charged separately.
Prices shown are "from" and may vary depending on the complexity of the design and time required.

REPAIRS & GUARANTEE

If you experience lifting or breakage due to an application issue, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment.
Repairs outside of this period, or damage caused by accidental impact, misuse or picking, will be chargeable.

CHANGES OF MIND

if you wish to change your nail colour or design after your appointment due to personal preference, this will be treated as a new colour change service and charged accordingly

PRICING

service prices are subject to change. Existing appointments booked before a published price update will be honored at the agreed price unless additional services or upgrades are requested.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or infections before your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is not safe or appropriate to carry out the service.
